Mpower take pride in increasing our social value by contributing to the social and economic development of our communities.
Stephanie Riley has worked closely in the public sector to support young people with multiple disadvantages at strategic and organisational level and with Daryl’s 20+ year's experience in recruitment and consultancy and with a driving passion to prioritise a human first approach, our unique service promise is to connect with disadvantaged people by providing tailored support and guidance to improve their life chances.
This project aims to empower individuals to pursue their career aspirations and contribute to the economic and social development of their communities and society whilst improving their own and their family's life chances.
Young people, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds, are provided with skills and development by leveraging our resources, expertise, and passion. We strive to make a positive impact on society, enhance community well-being, and foster sustainable development opportunities.
Mpower will create an internal organisational culture that values diversity and inclusion and giving back to society by sharing their skills and knowledge to volunteer 1 day per quarter to engage with disadvantaged groups to support them into the workplace and with our chosen charity, Rainbows Hospice For Children and Young People.
A social value financial contribution will be donated and invested to Rainbows, to help support babies, children and their families who are facing life-limiting conditions.
